Still waiting for the oath invites...Max wait from someone I knew was 3 months... ours seems longer... During the interview I remember theu said to wait 1-4 months...

I’ve heard some people got their test invite the day after, but I don’t think that’s the norm...
All,
I need your kind insights and suggestion that I got PNP from different province, but now residing in Ontario. We've applied citizenship as a family (me, my wife and 1 kid) and CIC received application on April 23, AOR is July 12 and IP received on Aug 20. Since Aug 20, there is no update online or by mail, still waiting for test invitation.
I am wondering If it takes longer time for those who applied from different province, may CIC need further information from provinces ? or How that works? Has anyone faced similar issue like we are having now?

I have my test next Tuesday because of the holidays im not prepared for it...im thinking of calling an ask to change the date..is that possible...my head is not in the right place now to study going through a midlife crisis as well .let me know if its too late to call

If you are going to request a new date then be prepared for a possible delay to your entire application. I am not sure the "holidays" or a "mid-life" crisis would constitute a significant reason for a date change. The test is not that hard, there are plenty of online resources to help you practice the tests and the actual test seemed easier when you actually sit it. If becoming a Canadian Citizen is important, work through it, there will never be a good time for the test to be honest.
