Hi all,

I received a reply after I raised a Webform saying they sent me a letter via mail on the 8 November. I have not received this mail, have checked my spam folder and my settings and all is good. I've asked them to re-send the letter and they came back with the below response,

" We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office."

The only thing I can think of is this being the Passport/visa request letter? But finding is so frustrating I can't find it and the slow response between replies on Webform.

I am from South Africa, does anyone know what mail I am supposed to be looking out for for visa/passport request? I heard it will be from your local agency?

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

The above lines are standard response to a webform and if they have already sent the mail, they would ask you to refer to the mail sent to *** id with date specified, so that you can search with the date. Or else you can raise a webform requesting to re send the mail and will have to wait till they re send

Received an Adr - 12 Oct
Uploaded documents on 16 Oct
Documents reviewed on 19 Oct
Ppr received - 20 Oct (3.05 am IST time)
