Not yet.. And I checked Immitracker too there are no PPR mails reported for 19th July.
So the wait continues..
Does anyone know how many times a user gets to see 'Application/Profile updated' message in their CIC account once they log in?
I have seen this status twice now in a span on 1 week.

Medical Passed & BIL: 15th May 2019
Email about Application Updated: 16th May 2019 , Though there was no change maybe the email was because of MEP and BIL (BG: We are Processing)
IP1: 18th June 2019 (BG: In Progress)
IP2: 18th July 2019 (BG: We are Processing)
Application/Profile Updated: 20th July 2019 (No Changes in any of the fields)

You should wait for Ottawa to start... surely the PPR is on your way?
