They didnt ask for any information. I provided this information by my own.
And the comment - Eligibility not met was dated 12th June 2019. Whereas i left job in july. So i guess it has nothing to do with additional documents that i submitted.
Since 12th June 2019, they see no status update.
They mentioned that they have sent a msg to my visa office about the inquiry. They may respond within 30 days.
M very much worried.
Cant think wat to do.
Have no idea.
also my visa ofc is Sydney novascotia.
Can i contact my visa ofc directly or shall i wait untill their any communication.

@Dimpy2 - You mentioned "comment - Eligibility not met" where was this written - in you application tracker?, in the dashboard?, in GCMS? or told to you verbally?

Where are you seeing the gap in information? You left your job in July and then like a normal responsible person gave them the experience letter/reference letter/relieving letter. The visa officer knows that it is not humanly possible to give experience letter WITHOUT leaving a job! unless you show 'Currently Working' before and later update the officer/portal that you have resigned now.

Imagine - Over a period of 6 months, there would be so many cases of people who either resign/change job/start business etc. etc.

The main thing is to keep the offcer updated with the major big change, which you did already.

You can just wait if the officer needs any more letters or any more information.

It is not possible to FANTASIZE and determine - What is understood and what is needed - it all depends on what officer needs....

Try and contact the office and above all - KEEP ALL SUPPORTING DOCS READY as backup please....

Don't worry about rejection and it cannot happen 'just like that'...... its a legal process this PR merry-go-round, rejection requires a STRONG reason....

Agent mentioned this thing. She said she can see this update that eligibility not met. Since june 12, 2019.

Thank h so much for ur reply. I am lil bit releived after reading this.
I may contact my visa office or IRCC after a week as she said she sent a msg to my visa office for update on my file. They generally take 30 days to reply internally. But she mentioned they reply soon.

Thank u so much once again.
I will keep u updated on my status.

@Dimpy2 - Happy to help!....Happy to know you are not anxious now,

See, As far as you were -

1. Proactive in Disclosing Big Changes, in near time (like you did immediately)
and
2. Honest in giving true authentic documents

nobody can say that there is a gap....

And even if there is a gap, there is a window given to request for additional documents - Why is that feature even there or even created if the applicant is not to be allowed to given a chance to support their case with more letters....

On top of that, all communication via webform, or telephone or any update is AUDITED. It is recorded. Nothing is done in secret. Remember it is a LEGAL process. You have full rights and you have revealed your complete identity via biometrics (FINGERPRINT! EYE IRIS SCAN!...HELLO!), what's more to be revealed ?

God, I hope all APRIL AOR Candidates get their PPR. I am only BIAS towards April AOR. Rest candidates, i don't give a rats ass! hehe!

Hi,

I got some movement finally today, I got an ADR, they are requesting a copy of my daughter’s passport because the one I used for the application the first time expired during the process I assume.

The issue right now is that they are requesting it in the next 7 days counting from today and in best of cases it takes 10 natural days to get a new passport considering that I would apply for it next Monday because obviously there is nothing to do on weekend.

I would be very thankful to the experts or any one who faced the same situation for help on this one.

Feels good to see movement in the file after the long wait.

Hi @Dimpy2 , nothing to worry, as all documents are submitted, including any revised new ones and final decision has NOT been made so no evidence will be missed by the visa officer...

Just curious -

the additional information that you sent through a web form in September was it VOLUNTARY (you just decided to send it on your own accord as everything gets frozen post pressing 'submit button') or was it especially REQUESTED from you via a letter and, and this update was shown in the tracker also "We need additional documents"....

Again, Did you have an "ADR (additional doc) request letter" and the same was shown to you on your tracker ? "We need additional documents"

Either way, rejection cannot happen that easily, even if there is any letter missing, they will contact you AGAIN to submit the letter with a deadline of 15 to 30 days...

Other members please correct my notion if you have/have seen a different experience....

Also, members who are getting PARANOID about rejection, in your experience, what has been the maximum waiting time you have read/seen/heard someone getting rejected? and on what grounds ?

Was it--
8 months wait & then rejection ?
8.5 months wait & then rejection ?
9 months wait & then rejection ?
9.5 months wait & then rejection ?
10 months wait & then rejection ?
10.5 months wait & then rejection ?
12+ months wait & then rejection ?

I believe trend is that in case of an issue the rejection happens in the first 4-5 months, usually before they request biometric collection....
Yeah I see your point... but if there’s anything Iv learnt about this IRCC Express Entry process is it’s inconsistency, two people with the same AOR and VO can have totally different experiences in this PPR journey

Yeah!
After my call they have sent a msg to my visa office to which they have to reply within 30 days. I will call IRCC again after 10 days to ask about the same.
So helpless right now, cant do anything except wait and hope for positive results.

You think? Thank you for the good energy and i hope we will get ours all of us in the very soon. Any thoughts about what to send to IRCC because most likely i will not have the new passport before deadline.
