Today when i log in, my application status says ' We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you'. Earlier it used to say 'your application is taking longer than expected .......'. But i did not see application updated when i was logging in. It still said 'submitted'. Is this a ghost update or is this an automated update?

Mailed ottawa on 24th and got the response that file is in queue for review by an officer.
PPR 7th November

Hello everyone! Can't believe I am writing this,
My COPR timeline is given below:
AOR- 6th April, 2019
FSW-O, Indian candidate
MEP-16th May, 2019

Received one update and email at that time saying my application is updated. I believe that doesn't count for a ghost update.
Long silence afterwards, Called twice at the helpline number to find that there is no progress on my file.
Then the helpline number stopped.
Raised two webforms, one before 6 months completion and one soon after.
In both cases eligibility did not start.
Then mailed Mr. Ralph Goodale and got the same reply on the very same day. Then within a week or so we got a ghost update.
GU seen on 20th October, 2019. It probably came two days before. The application showed as Application/ Profile Updated. When I logged, then no change inside.
PPR mail, on 22nd October, 2019.
Passport Submitted on 24th October at the local VFS.
Received COPR yesterday, that is, 6th November, 2019.

I would like to say that the people in this forum have been very helpful and informative during this wait. I looked through April March and other previous threads and got useful information. Whenever, I saw somebody got PPR here, it made me very happy as if I got my own. Then when I received mine, I can't say in words how I felt. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I have high hopes of meeting people who received their ppr already when we move there. I wish a speedy ppr to rest of the guys here, and I would love to answer any of your queries as far as I have knowledge.

if you are looking for the visa office this is how you will know it :

Write an e-mail to cpc-ctd-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Write a subject such as : Visa Office - Enquiry

"Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to know the Visa office where my Express Entry application (E0xxxxxxxxxxxx) is being processed?

Reached my 7 month mark today!

just did my remeds last week and they’ve been sent to IRCC on Monday - does anyone know the timeline or next steps after this?
I heard PPR usually comes soon after remeds but what

My application has also reached to 7 months. I passed medical exam in May 2019. My upfront medical exam was expired. I wonder whether I have to do my remeds to submit again or no need to do it till my PR application is approved?

Hi , I haven't checked my profile with my consultant after RPRF. I believe PPR email will come in next few days. Pl raise web form and you will also get RPRF within this week. It's a matter of days here or there. Stay positive. You will surely get a surprise soon.

Don't wait for an rprf request. You can pay it upfront and then upload it via cse webform.

After PPR mail. I didn’t get any update. Account is same. As I wrote earlier, my passport request letter came in my cic account not on gmail. I mailed my passport yesterday through vfs.

This is pretty normal.

PPR it is !!

The status bar tracker in the portal disappeared and we got the PPR mail on 5th Nov. The portal still says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.". I guess this will change only after getting COPR.

Raised a webform on 24th October 2019 and got a standard reply that they are still reviewing and no idea about the deadline.

No updates on the portal or email after biometrics till PPR Email. Ever since the biometrics, our status was always as shown below

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Hope this is helpful. We used to be really anxious and used to check the email early in the morning every day as the update is supposed to come via email first. Except for a few comments, I have been mostly silent in this forum. Thanks to all who gave frequent updates so that everyone is informed about the current trend in the application process. All we can do is wait and distract ourselves with other things in our day to day life.
