Passports sent: 09th Sept
COPR received: 19th Sept

i did get an RPRF request almost 20 days back but no news since then AOR 9th August and Eligibility - MET, Medicals passed, criminality passed, biometrics done

Nope nothing. I think it’s only requested once eligibility is passed and mine hasn’t started. I don’t know guys. 8 days to 180, I’ll order new set of Gcms notes on the day 180 lapses.

Agreed. Rprf is requested when eligibility is met.

Guys, I need an info.

I've got my AOR in April 23rd. Still waiting so far. I've got medicals passed and they are assessing eligibility right now. Nonetheless, I applied for FWS considering my LMIA. I'm under PSGW until May/2020 and my employer that I applied the LMIA is on sale right now.

Can someone please tell me what happens to my application if my employer sell out the business while my application is not completed?

Hii thanku for ur advise.
But i want to mention some points regarding ur details
7. I don't have any offer letter as it was a bricks
Manfucaturing company and it is moatly cash based and its not like any professional company as most is labour work and labour gets changed every year and permanant employees are only 4 or 5.
I also did not file tax returns as my income qas below taxable income. So i did not file any tax return and moreover at that time i did not knew about such express entry thing.
Can visa officer arbitararily refuse an application on a set pattern or they decide things on case to case basis

CIC also dosent stress on IT returns so youre safe that way but on the other hand like i said keep all your documents intact. thats your best shot right now and hope for the best but you should expect a review. try to gather up as many documents as you can. Make sure your proof of funds is also healthy and intact because cash salaries they will go through statements and POF also thoroughly. wish you all the best.
