guys what does invitation pre-arrival service mean and is it a good sign or just extra unnecessary info. A friend of mine got this and wondering.

Pre-Arrival invitation means your Eligibility is passes and it shows you good impression that everything is going well but although if you don;t get it ,it doesn't mean something bad . wish you all the best .
I applied for tourist visa and get refusal during my sponsorship , it has been 10 months now and I am still waitin

When did background check changed to processing and which Visa office?

When did background check changed to processing and which Visa office?

3 months ago . I believe thats because of military service and history travel . Cairo VO . I applied for GCMS notes waiting for reuslts . Processing time up to 12 months . I am in 10 mths now . is there any advice ? patience is out and i am really worried /

I am worried too. I am in background check for 2 months and 1 week now, altogether 9 months process. Wait for GCMS notes and once close to 12 month ask MP to contact VO.

Are under Family class ? I applied for notes 10 days ago / waiting their answers . Good Luck

Yes. GCMS notes take at least 30 days but I have seen people not getting their notes and waiting even longer. Thanks, Hopefully we will rejoin with loved ones.
