Wow, thats super fast. My wife's file was transferred to NDVO on July 24!! Lucky you!

Essentially it depends on when cic (mississauga) received your application & is independent of file transfer to ndvo; atleast from couple of other cases I have seen. Did they request any additional documents from you or contacted you or are there any flags in your application?
