As far as i know, the one who's going to do the BGC will be your respective VO, meaning they have already received it. Well, I'm not sure about this though. Mine was received by my VO but no updates yet regarding my BGC.

My husbands medical was done June 18, on June 27 GCKey and online stated medical was passed and BGC in process as of June 22, I received an email late night June 27 it was the AOR2 I haven't heard anything else but I hope this help, our VO office is Kingston JA

I hope its been received by NDVO because in my case VO is New Delhi , India. But i disdn't get any email as of now. Are you sure BGC starts at respective VO only or it can get started in Mississauga itself too ?

Finally received AOR2 tonight on Sponsor's email. File transfered to LVO.

That means medical has been passed but no email or confirmation received whatsoever..

Anyways, hopefully LVO do background check quickly and provide updates accordingly.

only those cases that will be fully processed by CPC-Missisauga, their BGC will be conducted by Missisauga VO, the rest will be conducted by their respectful correspondent VOs.

But if you are from Pakistan, you need much more patient than others, because from previous trend, LVO is among the slowest VOs to process applications, especially from applicants from Pakistan. You are probably looking at 10 to 12 months with a straight forward case. If there are any potential issues in your application, you should expect longer than 12 months processing time.

That’s insane... I also checked previous threads recently and figured LVO is not good in terms of informing applicant and processing application I can only hope there won’t be any issue in my file and things get done soon..

Yup. The whole process time for my case was 4 and half months.

Heyy, don't lose hope. Someone from Pakistan got theirs done in 4 months. Just pray and Allah knows best the right time.

I try to be hopeful but just got scared by other threads comments of LVO... there cases are delay more than 2 years InshAllah, 2018 process won’t take longer.
