Received Pre-Arrival letter (in online profile) on Dec 11th
Received Passport Request (in online profile) on Dec 14th

I received an email that there was a message received in my online profile. When I logged on, there was a message stating pre-arrival.

Hey guys, my wife got an email and it has about Pre-Arrival services. They had sent my wife's application to New Delhi on July 24, 2018. Do you know what are the next steps from here? I'm assuming getting Pre-Arrival services letter is a good sign?

Hi, I'd like to know a) how much time LVO gives for sending one's passport, and b) how long it takes to get it back?
My husband is an April applicant, transferred to LVO in July. Still waiting, but now he has to travel to his country in February, and I'm trying to figure out the logistics of this before buying the tickets...

We are visa exempt but it said we had to send it within 30 days. Its been a month and a half and we are still waiting to receive his documents back.

We submitted passport on Dec 20th and they said it takes about 4 weeks to be returned.

Surprisingly we received another email on Dec 31st stating that there was a message in our online profile (GcKey). When we logged on it said the application has been approved!

Now just waiting for passport to be returned.

They give 30 days to submit passport and any additional requested documents.
