Still stuck in damn Background check.
Got SA and DM (on Sponsor’s side only) on March 21/22 but not AIP and DM on my Side.
They didn’t even start reviewing eligibility but still doing freaking background check since January.
I don’t know what the f*** is wrong with them.

I wish I could know. They're doing whatever they want and they really don't care about us. We need them, they don't need us. I decided to give up. Now I spending time traveling and going to withdraw my application.

I would say..."NO". I sent to MP and everything I got is the status of my application, nothing more. I really really want to give up and quit this shit application, feel like an animal waiting for some food, but my wife keeps saying waiting for a few more.

May I ask how do you know your file is being transferred? I got the GMCS note but don't know if my file is being transferred or not.

My file transferred to vancouver office since feb. Vancouver is not my local office though.

I found out it i called ircc.

I called and they're useless, nothing different than ECAS. I would suggest we to forget about it, spending time for travel, live our life. No matter what happens, let it be.

You should not withdraw your file lets wait a couple more month.. we will get a good news.

Yes. My family in my home country also agrees with that. I have a plan and I think it's good for me and my wife. We already received some job offers in my home country.

You should not withdraw your file lets wait a couple more month.. we will get a good news.

My personality is, I can wait 5 years, 10 years, or even though 5000 years with an accurate deadline. But I cannot wait just 1 day over deadline. Now it's 1 month. We paid the tax and they MUST do their job ON TIME as we pay the tax ON TIME.

I think I am stuck in Criminality check, ordered gcms notes, nothing has been updated in my file since Jan 28th. No update after that.it has been almost 4 months.
