I am the applicant. My husband, the sponsor, got his SA letter today and ecas says decision made on both sides

Mine was on Dec 19th, started to review my case.

Applied for Inland Spousal Sponsorship for PR & OWP
April 22 2018 - Application sent.(Police check certificated and Schedule A submitted upfront)
April 24 2018 - Application delivered to Processing Centre.
May 25 2018 - AOR received, application linked
May 30 2018 - OWP application linked to online account
July 31 2018 - OWP approved
Aug 8 2018 - OWP received in the mail
Aug 20 2018 - Medical passed
We started processing ur app Dec 19 2018
Jan 25 2019- Background check changed to processing
Feb 4 2019- AIP & SA
Feb 5 2019- DM on both side.

It means everyone is different. Because for me it changed yesterday

How long ago your online account started saying 'we're reviewing eligibility '?

I don't think it actually changed to that. Near the beginning of January gckey switched to them processing my background check and then in the 18th I got an email request for more proof of cohabitation and then I heard nothing and nothing changed until last night with the AIP and SA and today the DM on both sides
