My timeline:
Application sent: April 20
Application delivered: April 23;
AOR received: 25 May
OWP approved: 25 July

Ok so my OWP application status just went from "submitted" to "Application/profile updated" and now "submitted" again. I'm a little bit worried because I see applicants whose application was received after mine already got approved

Just check again in a couple of hours. Mine did the same thing.
If you look at the details it probably says they are reviewing your eligibility.

You're right. I just checked and it does say "we are reviewing your eligibility" when i click on details.

When I click on "Check full application status" next to Review of eligibility it says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

Yep, it will be that when the VO is actually working on your file.

Once it's done Review of Eligibility will change to "Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below." and Final Decision will change to "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details."
