ohh ohkk!! Then what they are waiting for? its so frustrating when you knw u hv passed everything and only medical is stoping you from getting PR. I am in same situation. I recently submitted my remedical and i hv passed everything. waiting for medical update 1st and them PR. So many people from 2018 are getting PR. lets see when will be our turn.. hope so soon

And they did not apply for your medical extension? That is the reason you did a medical exam again?
may 2018 AOR. No i did nt apply for extension. CIC requested me to submit medical again last month.My husband is accompying me, so thats why they did nt extend it. Now waiting for another update..

Hey guys! Can an application be reopened after a wrongfull refusal? Here is what happend: on August 7, 2019 I was required to submit in 30 days through MyCIC account additional documents to support my self-employment. On September 4, 2019 I submitted three sets of documents through the IRCC Web. On Sept. 9, 2019 my application was refused and the reason being that I failed to submit additional documents to support my self-employment. Only on September 12, 2019 I received two confirmation emails stating that the documents were uploaded to the file.
What should I do now? Please advise.

Hello,I think you should send a CSE. State there that you submitted the requested docs before the 30.days deadline given. As proof attach the mail sent to you by cic after you sent the documents on the 4th of Sept, also attach confirmation mail sent to you on 12th Sept.

Fingers crossed! I have seen PPR coming within max 2-3 weeks post remed. But here 2 and half month has been passed. I have raised GCMS on 28th August, no reply on that too. So, my doubt is becoming stronger

Still any persons waiting for a decision regarding medical ? I feel that I am the only one left...
Currently 17 months and 13 days, still waiting....
I called last week, the agent kept me on hold for about 20 minutes and then he told me he couldn't understand why my application hasn't been finalized. He sent them an email to ask for info and suggested to call back in a month.Sane here
I did that already and fortunately and finally I received the golden email Monday, Sept 23. Thank you for your feedback and thank you all for the support.
