Hi Guys for all of us who are waiting to hear back from Sydney VO please I would request you to submit a complain and please make your voice addressed. I have contacted IRCC, reached out on twitter did everything and still no response. I have reached out to my MP as well but till now no response. I think this issue should be addressed and I highly encourage to submit a complaint regarding the office so in the future there is a better system to deal with cases. I just made complain and mention immigration officer CB01126 in comments. I advice to everybody who are waiting and have assigned under this officer or any other officer to do so. This is crazy. I can not believe what's going on with us.

We have been assigned to JC01006 and our office is in Montreal - I'm a bit concerned because when I google that agent id - only people who have applied to Quebec Skilled Workers program shows up. While we have applied for normal Express Entry for rest of Canada.

I had raised a cse webform for knowing status 10 days back. Today got reply that my file is transferred to New Delhi vo.

Is it not time we force them to adhere to the Procedural Fairness Policy Elements namely:

• Processing without undue delay
• The right to fair and impartial decision-making
• The applicant’s right to be heard
• Whoever hears must decide
• Legitimate expectation
• Decisions must be based on the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Regulations (IRPR)
• The right to reasons

Is the Montreal thread for EE applications? Can you send me the link? We got the GCMS notes last week. In the 2nd last note it says that last Nov, my husband the primary applicant - met the program requirements. After that the next update was in March 2019 where they requested new Use of Rep forms from our lawyers which we sent. During that time I think our application was suspended. We can't understand if they recorded that we meet the requirements all the way back in Nov 2018 - what is the hold up!?
Also we sent a webform on Monday through our lawyer to ask if it was still suspended. Now still waiting.

Very similar to you guys, same CB01126 has my file. It has also been over a year since my AOR. Wait up guys, that is all we can do. Eventually, we all will get through this.
