I have a question that I hope someone can answer. I held two jobs for which I'm hoping to get credit for in my application. I worked as a Self-employed consultant, so I did a lot of short term jobs on a contract basis. Later on I was hired by a company to do the same job, so no change in NOC. My application is under review because of work experience, as the agent "is not satisfied with documents provided", so my question is: What's the best way to prove that work experience as self-employed? And will they only award me hours for the time that I worked under contract? Part of the job was looking for clients, making calls, and all that, but not getting payed for it.
Same is mine case .. case officer mentioned review required for proof of funds in spouses account... but they sent me an ADR to give proof that i can use my spouse’s money for setting in canada .. n gave 7 days to respond...
i got my wife’s account joint with me n then provided a letter from bank stating that any one of us can withdraw the money .... also an affidavit from my wife stating that she has no problem if i use this money for immigration purpose .. after that they were satisfied n addad that money to the counting .... n we had another account on her name but they didn’t count around 13000CAD Leying in there because it was not joint ...
I would suggest u to b on safer side n make a request to joint ur spouse account with you as it was really difficult for us to manage within 7 days .. so u should b ready if they send u ADR .. just in case ..
If they don’t send any request then u r really lucky

Yes i read that but they have also missed counting that amount in total n asked for senior to review.. I think this letter didn’t worked for junior officer ... so i just said in case they send an ADR .. otherwise everything goes fabulously
He has just raised a point... in your case this declaration was missing and you received an ADR in his case the declaration is already given upfront. The officer will review and pass...
Hope so it goes that way .. nothing better then that ... n i wish ircc should ignore these kind of minor things
my point is like IF it doesn’t go that way then b prepared wat to do next .. because till now we can’t b sure how senior officer thinks .. we can only expect positive..
