On which date in April, did you get AOR?
I think what matters is the VO as well. NDVO sent out a batch of PPRs to April AORs last week, this week seems like a bit of March AORs. So, it's a mix, which essentially translates to 'Keep waiting with a smile on your face and no care in the world'.
