With Job/Without Job: Without job
Month/Year when you plan to Land: Depends on visa. Thinking should I come and face winter or come once winter gets over. Also thinking about Vancouver. Heard it has better weather. Any thoughts about weather in Vancouver and job market for IT?

Vancouver is a very expensive city.
I have heard that you find a lot of jobs in Montreal, Québec for IT and programming

Got a few buddies there n i heard that jobs r available easy than Toronto or b.c

Copied this information for IT jobs

It's really depends on the role you have. In general big cities “Toronto and Vancouver ”are the best for IT professional and Montreal is good as well if you speak French. There is a good market in Ottawa , Calgary and Edmonton but it's very competitive and challenging.

That region can get really cold. Faced the winter chills in USA. Can expect even more across the Niagra Falls

Nice, it is always good to move to a place where you know few people or a basic support structure is in place...

I remember when I moved here, I had a classmate from Kindergarten(Chaddi-Buddy) days, a classmate from my college, my ex-colleagues from Dubai.

it's growing pretty fast - part of the reason is Toronto was always a well-kept North American IT secret + most Indian companies are setting up base in Toronto (some in Mexico City), knowing that winter (dark, cold spells) has already arrived in the US.
