It's unpredictable. You may get it by next week if they try to clear the backlogs. However, as per the immitrackr the AVG wait time for singles from India for april and march 2017 is 120 days.

I was stucked in IP2 since the end of April.... They have requested a new passport (mine was set to expire by March 2019) I sent it 22 of May.
