They will only ask you to resubmit if you PCC has expired
If you have not included your PCC chances are you application will be refused and returned... usually happens around R10 phase(eligibility)

Thats the point ... they could have send ADR but silly officer..
i m still confused y have they written within last 10 yrs on IRCC website

The best is the discussion happening in the June 2018 AoR and ITA receivers June 13.... If you suggest something, first they don't understand second they wanna challenge you that you are incorrect..... its so hilarious over there......
