Hello everyone,

I have raised a CSE to submit some additional documents to prove my siblings residence in Canada on 1st of May, 2018. Though I have already submitted his bank statements to prove his residence at the time of AOR but to be on a safer side, I have given his Pay stubs and employment letter as well using CSE. The query here is that:

a. It's been 38 days now, but I haven't received any acknowledgement email from CIC. Should I raise a CSE again?

b. Also, is it mandatory for the Visa officer to look the documents sent using CSE or is it at the discretion of VO to consider it or not?

c. Also, my AOR was 14th April 2018, and I have got RPRF request on 16th May 2018, is it a good sign? What are the chances of rejection after receiving RPRF request letter?

Thank you very much.
Hi Aman,
Thought maybe this may help you in some of the concerns above:
I raised a case-specific query on April 24th and got an acknowledgement that they have taken it into consideration on May 4th. So maybe you should either wait for some more time OR call them up to ask OR raise another CSE as a follow-up.
You can wait for others to express their thoughts as well. This forum is indeed very helpful and a big support.

Cheers!

My sister got her PR in 2 months n me just unlucky child of my parents i guess
Dont worry, it will come very soon Neha... its just around the corner!

Thank u dear, i hope so too, Its just so distracting to do anything, just want to get over this stupid process n live normal life
Completely agree! You know while working sometimes, I feel let me try my luck and see if today is THE DAY when I can see a change/update/ PPR email.......and I go and check my account... patience has been really trying our patience!

I had to send a case specific inquiry to send more documents. But what I did was along with my inquiry I attached all the documents I wanted to add. In a few days (Less than a week) I got an email notifying me that the documents have been forwarded to the concerned VO.

What a waste of another week☹️

We are talking here AoR to PPR this week...
Go through the thread titled Ray of Hope 92, yesterday everyone on that thread was drumming up for a Express Entry draw.. that never happened... Someone's age is increasing there, so his/her points go down, someone's IELTS is expiring points go down....
Imagine those folks :(
I would consider us here a tad lucky to be atleast in the process... I know it is frustrating and nerve wracking... but common girl... hang in there... listen to what @Emmemm07 is listening these days...

Hi guys,
I got AOR on Apr 18th, and medicals passed on Apr 26th. I want to raise a CSE to submit new LOE to give explain one of my jobs. I previously submitted LOE to detail proof of funds.
I want to know whether I can submit new LOE now ? Will it impact processing time ?
