April 2018 AOR - join here

I submitted the EE application of my spouse (I'm already a PR). AoR - March 27th. Meds passed on May 8th. But BG Check status has still not changed to IP1. It is only at "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" while, if my understanding if correct, for most applicants it is atleast at IP1. Any thoughts?

I noticed 1 more got PPR (within 29 day of the AoR).
He is a CEC, Ethiopian passport holder living in Canada.

Congratulations to him.
 
Hi All, my AOR is April 14, 2018. MEP April 21, 2018. I was asked to pay RPRF on April 28, 2018. Paid it on May 2, 2018. No updates since then, Profile says "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.". BGC: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

Hello,
I have already accepted my ITA, but now I want to change my job. So what is the procedure for that?

- In what circumstances I can change the job?
- Do I have to inform the CIC about this?
- If yes, how can I do that via web form Or through my Gmail?
- Do I need to attach any documents for the same? If yes,what are those
- What reason I have to give them for changing my job?
- My background check is not started yet so will they do inquiry on my current job?

I paid it later but I had paid it a few days before they sent the request - so simply uploaded the reciept when they asked for it.

I don't get......How where you able to pay for it? I thought they will initiate a payment request before you can?
