Alright, thank you! I also have a parallel paper-based application ongoing since December 2016.
Is there anyway, one could affect the other?

I have pretty much the same timeline as you. I’m CEC. 04.03 AOR and IP2 04.11 medical passed 04.17. I called I think on 22nd IRCC told me my Eligibility is recommended pass and they are doing final bgcs. I hope I would get ppr next week because usually one week after draw there is a lot of pprs and updates

Appreciate if you could share the right number to call IRCC (from India)

i have heard this is for inland but anyway try it. I usually call during 9-10am which here is Toronto. I think you can dial 11222 or 1122 to find express entry

No this doesn’t work from India- try the 613 number please.

It does work by Skype. My skype is international call. And my skype works for this number.

Try skype and connect with the right person. Dail order should be 11222 or 1122 and wait after status and press 0 for agent if busy. Hang up and try 5-6 times. It sometimes takes me one shot to be in the queue sometimes it takes me 5 tries. But once you are in th get queue wait 30-40 mins and speak to an IRCC agent. They know everything about your file

Sometimes. Some people sit in IP2 for 12 months. It's too hard to say how quick it is for specific people, because it depends. Some it moves quick, some it doesn't. I've been in IP2 since April 18
