Subject: We’re working on improving application status in your account

"On December 12, 2018, you’ll see a progress bar for your Express Entry application. The progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. It will give you an estimated completion date based on our latest estimated processing times.

We’ll let you know when the progress bar is available for your application.

Although, I don't think this means anything.

Hi Guys,
Looking forward for your input. My case is little different as I added my spouse after AOR since I got married after AOR. My timeline is as below:

25th April'18 - AOR
13th June'18 - Meds Passed
14th June'18 - IP1
17th June'18 - Got Married and registered
20th June'18 - Raised a Case specific request to CIC that I got married.
5th Aug'18 - Request for additional document for my spouse
9th Sept'18 - Submission of my documents
10th Sept'18 - Medical cleared of my spouse
2nd Oct'18 - IP2
30th Nov'18 - Ghost Update - No message to my CIC account but the application status was "Application/Profile Updated".

I am an Indian working in Singapore.

awaiting for the PPR. Any thoughts when can I expect the PPR.

Also, can you provide information on how you contacted CIC and learnt that your application was approved and which Visa Office is my application being processed. Do you advice that I call to CIC and get the status of my application ?

This is the same case in my status also.
all documents submitted on june
married on july 12th .

Raised a Case specific request to CIC that I got married on july 14
Request for additional document for my spouse on aug 3
submission of spouse details on aug 28
after that no information and no changes
and my spouse medical is also not over

for me only some forms marriage certificate,passport copy

She told me that my file is at Sydney office and she submitted an enquiry on my behalf as it took too long.

The thing is that I thought my file is at Ottawa now,
my notes states that:-
secondary office is Ottawa
is that mean that Ottawa will be my secondary office and not yet transfer to it ?

please any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately you’re not alone. Sydney has been sitting on many files without any obvious reason. Secondary office doesn’t mean much. They may or may not transfer it to Ottawa and issue PPR directly.

My AOR was on the 22nd of April
My medical is valid until jan 24
I want to know what is Pos Sel Dec passed
And BF’d to Jan 01,2019

NB: the MP assistant when she called them in september And told me that there will be no update until Jan 1st, what is that exactly mean?

Hi Bukzie. The number we always called was +1 613 9444000 and our Visa Office was Ottawa.
Wishing you quick PPR receipt. I know how you must be feeling

Ours is Accra so calling that number might not help since it's being processed outside Canada.

We'll just keep hoping for the best.
