I understand. It must be difficult for her to be alone with a newborn baby.

IMO, her chances of a TRV approval are low. If she is refused, she will get terribly upset. You can try nonetheless. Hope she gets lucky.

You may also want to consider visiting her instead. Hopefully her PR approval will come through soon

Almost ready to apply for my parents' TRV. I have a few more questions, if someone can please help
- My mother has thumb impression on passport. So,can we use thumb impressions on all the forms?
- What kind of document should I upload in PURPOSE OF TRAVEL segment?

1. She must write her name if she cannot sign the Family Information form

2. Purpose of travel: Example, invitation letter, day-by-day itinerary of what she plans to do

One bit of advice:
Neither you or anyone else must sign/write her name as that could be considered as falsifying information or forgery.

Your mom must write her name by hand herself. This can be her entire name (like a print) in English or any language
