Is there any thumb of rule on to whose cic account should be linked !? Sponsor or pa !?

it doesnt matter whose you used....I linked my app to both the sponsor and PA GCKey and there was no difference. You can only link the app to one GcKey at a time.

although I (the sponsor) am also the representative for my wife (PA)

I sent my husband 's supplementary information and SchedA in this address. As my Visa Officer "LG" enclosed the address in the attached email.

I applied first Feb 26th(outland), package was returned March 14. They attached a small postid saying there was a mistake in the year of birth for my husband. Luckily we filled all forms with the correct year, and he had an old ppt with the correct year. He made a new ppt, wrote and signed a letter, swore an affidavit, I also wrote a letter, and he included his baptismal cert. Resent corrected application April 25th, they received it April 27th.
AOR May 26 (email) and I can now view my status online. Waiting for sponsor approval

AOR is not the same as Sponsor Approval: Did the sponsor receive a mail indicating that the sponsorship application has been approved or does it say its being evaluated?

What's up with the April Spreadsheet? there's like 20 Applicants with no AOR'S from April 5, 2017 to April 28, 2017 but some applicants from May have already received a AOR?

Hi guys!
It's been 6 days since my sponsor's ecas changed into "decision made" but still no email for him nor any updates on my linked online app.
Does "decision made" on his ecas mean he's more likely approved as sponsor?
If this is the case, rather than just waiting, do u think it's okay to submit schd A and PCC via express mail? Or web form? Coz that's the 2 additional docs they are requiring after sponsorship approval plus after some time is medical request. Is this always the case?
My sponsor has been calling so many times but couldn't get through.

What does it mean while linking application to your cic acount...

If you are applying for family sponsorship, enter the number of family members, including the primary applicant, the sponsor and the co-signer (if applicable) that are part of your application.

Yes that's it. Put 2 if it's only you and your partner. Then additional 1 for every kid of yours included in the app. As for spousal sponsorship no co-signer is allowed so it's just the sponsor.

Attached please find a letter related to your application. Please fully read the attachment and save this message for your records.

The attachment is formatted as a PDF file. In order to open and read this file you will need a program capable of opening .PDFs. One such program is Adobe Reader, it is free to use and available at the following link: www.adobe.com/products/reader.html

This came to my (sponsor's) email and not the PA, probably because I was the Representative as well. The PDF in the email had instructions to link the account, we were able to link the account.

When shall i expect the next email from CIC and what should it contain?

Hi, I called them today to get a status update. The agent confirmed that additional documents (Schedule A, PCC, etc...) should be sent to the above-mentioned address. I sent my additional docs to that address.

The call centre agent person confirmed the address you mentioned. You sent it to the correct address (If your application is for spouse sponsorship living outside Canada). You can also check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp

I sent it to the same address. Let's just hope the agent is not wrong.
