Yesterday I called to IRCC Center. They said my office (Mississauga) extremely busy and I don't have to expect any progress the next 6-8 months(((

I have a very similar timeline to yours, been in process since 25th of April. I guess my app is also being dealt in at Mississauga office. Let's see ...

Hello Friends, Needed someone's advise as I am very confused. My application was received by CIC on May 12th (as per UPS Courier tracking), I called CIC Agent today (1800 number...), the agent informed they cannot find any information/trace whatsoever in the system related to my application. He said may be the application is returned, as he could not find anything in the system. I have no clue because I dont see anything in my letter box also. UPS Delivery confirmation is the only proof I can relly on. Has anyone had similar experience in past and still received AOR?

As I was afraid earlier Bill C-6 passed and it's in effect now. Also, the rule of 3/5 is going to be in effect in the fall.
It means all our applications will be in a backlog and we're gonna wait forever the end of the process...

Your application was already in process, so you don't have to worry about new applications that come in end of this year. By that time you should be done your test and ready for Oath. Worst case IRCC should process your application in 12 months.

Can someone please share if they have the similar experience. If test/interview invite letter is received for eligible family members (above 14 years) and they are the only one supposed to go for test and interview. What about the one who is under 14, he is not going to give the test but would he be required at the time of interview for verification of documents or not?

Just finished the exam (Toronto-Scarborough office) . Got 20/20 and the interview was simple. She asked about my job and travels. She told me to wait for the Oath taking from 1-2months from today . Good luck for everybody.

Finished my test about an hour ago got 20/20 did my interview and taking the oath in an hour done all of it in one day, Edmonton office 77 days from the beginning to the end
