You got lucky y friend. It is not me who says that but the actual application, the guide and the bylaws of CIC. Not everybody gets by without being questioned on this matter. Just go to the immigration office of Montreal airport and ask for records of people seized upon arrival for infringement of citizenship requirements. i sent my application and lived outside canada for two months came back and took the test with decision made
dont mislead people if u dont know it
I am not saying that everybody will be seized, a lot won't but it is not the norm. And remember, you signed on the intention to reside when you signed the application. So if you are stopped for any reason, immigration has the right to question your intention to reside
