I just called CIC and found SA this afternoon.

App received April 28
AOR1 May 17
SA June 13

He said they sent mail today and give five days to receive it and he said they sent email too, but never got any email

File transferred to New Delhi.

Congratulations! I wouldn't worry. It took them a week to send my husband the SA email after he was approved and that was over the timeframe the call center agent gave us. If you haven't received anything in about a week or so I would call back.

Please note that the validity of your Confirmation of Permanent Residence is limited by the validity of your medical results or the validity of your passport (or of one of your accompanying dependent), whichever is shortest.

I have to send my passport, the first page of the mail and 2 additional pictures to Vienna... so VO kind of changed again...

Congrats! Did your original pictures have the same criteria as the ones they add in the email? Mine are according to those criteria so I'm assuming I don't have to send extra pictures but would like to comfirm that. And in that case, can I email a copy of my passport?

My application was receive on April 19th. I was only able to access my Ecas last friday. I am not sure how they update ECAS.

I called CIC and they said my SA is approved...and mailed...

But I still cannot access ECAS on SA side..

We received notice of SA today. Sent at 8.35 a.m. so there must have been two batch emails today

The interesting part is that my application was sent to CPC-Ottawa. I was expecting Sydney. I fancy Ottawa more if COPR arrives in the next month or two

i got question for everbody, my PA's medical is going to expire next month i was wondering if is it a good idea to take a medical exam now or should we wait for VO to tell us to take medical check up?

I would leave it until they request them. They can extend your medicals if they wish and as long as they were valid when you submitted you are fine. I called CIC because my husbands were due to expire and they told me not to have them redone for that reason. Since then they have expired, but we were requested to pay RPRF and submit additional proof of our relationship but not a new medical.

how much proof do they want to be satisfied? Ive sent them our wedding photos with my side of the family with friends, some vacation photos as well. think we sent 30+ photos and plus skype call logs 29 pages long? would that be good or still need more?

yes they were valid when we submitted it but it was after 9 months when we send our applications, we were so hesitant to send our applications because i was advised from the other forum that we are not eligible because we didn't live in one roof for continious 12 months but when i heard two of my friends were able to sponsor their partners and became PR, they did not even live in one roof even a single day!

Those proofs are good. But if I only sent pics and call logs I wouldn't feel comfortable.

For example I sent.. 80 pages of Whatsapp screenshots of calls, 30 pages of video call logs, I don't know how many pages of screenshots of our chats, 80ish pages of printed chat logs, screenshots of my wife and I talking on video call, screenshots of my wife talking to my daughter and my mom on video call, all my passport stamps and boarding passes, boarding passes of trips we took, pictures of visits, wedding, reception, honeymoon, 16 pages of western union reciepts, pics of postcards sent to each other and from both of us to my friends and family during my visit, pics of birthday card and gift from my wife to my daughter, receipts from the food for the reception and the wedding photographer, hotel reciepts, restaurant reciepts, shopping reciepts, reciepts and tickets from activities done together, my CRA account showing my wife's name in my marital status, joint credit card statement, relationship timeline, written statements from both of us describing our relationship, letters of support from my parents, her father, her brother, my ex, and a mutual friend, and about 35 pages of screenshots of public interaction on Facebook showing mutual friends and friends liking and commenting on public posts to each other.

That is indeed many. But, hopefully ours is alright. However, I did not include whats app chat logs considering its all been erased since i changed my phone, and also the skype chat logs as I feel it is our personal conversation.

My pictures meet the criteria too. I also made them after the 1st of January 2016. I rather send the pics to not cause any delay. And I'm sending the passport too since I'm not planning on getting out of Europe in the next few months.

They also said it only takes a week after they received it to get it back.
