That's what I did. I called them to confirm SA and found out the date it was approved. The call center agent said I should be receiving an email by today and to call back if I haven't.

With my bad luck I'll probably end up being the only slow Ottawa applicant.

dont worry. it might be on the way.. or it might be coming as a Canada Post snail mail.

Can't seem to get through CIC call center. Every time I called the machine says they are experience very high number of calls.

I called early morning, afternoon, and even in evening time.

you have to try to redial right away. for some reasons, their call centre can not take more calls; if it's too busy. the only way for you to talk to a live person is to redial again and again. i once tried 3 times before i can squeeze myself into the queue.

I am march 30 2016 applicant.i got AOR2 on 30 may and PA side online says application recieved , they have started processes application on 30 mat 2016 and medical results have been received..i dont know what does it mean and how long they take when they update they have started processing my application at NDVO

I have great news! Within the last few hours my PA side has updated to "in process"! No third line yet though. We still haven't even received the SA email, haha.

Mine is opposite.... I got PR Processing and three lines since May 20 but no ARO2 from NDVO.

Hang in there, I know very well how tough the SA waiting game is. If you don't hear anything by then you should really call them. I still haven't received an SA email or letter. I found out by calling them and they told me that my husband was approved to sponsor me on May 27th. It's possible I could receive DM before I get the official SA email/letter, haha.

Hi everyone today I got the third line on the PA side saying they have started processing my wife's application on May 30,2016.
Though the SA still says In Process nor received AOR2 email, should I update the spreadsheet?
