Thanks,
what is the eCas online is it the On-line Services sir?because in dis website, it only indicates, change your mailing address, contact us, but it says here that if I have an application in process, you must tell CIC if you change your addres...anyway I think our papers is not in process yet because we only just received AOR lastweek...or I'll just send or notify them the correct mailing address after receiving SA?rashu268 said:If you are able to access your eCas online. I'm sponsoring my wife from US. Received SA on May 16 saying that the application was being sent to Ottawa. Today, Sponsorship Application Status says In Progress, but Permanent Residence Application Status says Decision Made.
Under Permanent Residence Application Status, it lists:
We received NAME's application for permanent residence on April 4, 2016.
We started processing NAME's application on May 13, 2016.
Medical results have been received.
The medical results have always been there since AOR, just the "We started processing NAME's application on May 13, 2016." is new.
What does Decision Made mean in this context?
If the principle applicant's status was changed to Decision Made, then that means she will be receiving her COPR in the mail soon. This super quick processing seems to be very common right now for Ottawa applications. It comes in a brown envelope through regular mail. Sometimes CIC doesn't update sponsor ECAS correctly, so don't let it worry you. This is leading me to believe they are doing the whole "dual processing" thing right now, which means they are reviewing both applications at the same time to reduce processing time.philharmonic said:Hello,

I do not know what is going on. Probably they are getting a lot of calls for SAs, and that`s why they are behaving like this.
He cant do that!yijiequ said:wow.. he told you not to inquiry/call back in 90 days? that's crazy!
These people are human. What do you think might happen to your file after your fourth call. I would not go crazy phoning them all the time. Would I wait 90 days no. But I would be careful. No proof of this only what human nature tells me.johnybegood said:He cant do that!
Yeah the call center agent cant access your file make any changes according to his perception or call experience thuSous02 said:These people are human. Thanks for the responses. Wow! That's crazy quick. The call centre agent I just spoke to wouldn't even open my file, saying that since it hasn't been 17 months yet, she can't tell me anything. Said that Decision Made doesn't mean anything and that it could be a result of being moved to the Ottawa centre. Thoughts?CDNPR2014 said:If the principle applicant's status was changed to Decision Made, then that means she will be receiving her COPR in the mail soon.
