We have paid all before sending application. As I understand if you pay upfront all the fees you wont loose extra time :)

What is the email address from which u have received the email ? Also, as with some of the earlier cases of March applicants, try checking the application status, with your Spouse's UCI (if u have from previous applications), you may see the application status as In Process... For some of the March applicants, PA's status was available, even before the SA and AOR2

Yes!!! Recieved AOR1 just now! App was recieved April 6.

Hi Everyone,
Could you please tell me, what are the steps that needs to be followed before and after doing Medicals ?

Do we need to get some report or receipts etc.,

post medicals, you get an e-receipt or a form to include with your application. If you have all your other docs in order (police certs, proof, forms) then you can submit.

Congrats! From the looks of it, aor1 in 2-3 weeks, though also possibly 4. Still pretty good though :)

2-3 weeks would be amazing! I'll tell myself 4 though, and then will hopefully be pleasantly surprised ;)
