You did you medicals upfront last year July 8, 2015? Medicals are usually valid for a year. When did your online status change to In Process?

My wife's status is similar to yours except that medicals have been passed.

Yes. But i already sent them an email regarding my expired Medical, just waiting for their response. In Process May 22, 2016 41 days after Application Received. How about your ECAS? Do you have 3rd line in PR side stating they have received your Medicals? In my ECAS i only have 2 lines and still no updates for the past 2 months. What is your wife's timeline if you don't mind? and what is her Visa Office?

Yes my review status just changed to in progress today. I have linked our application but no email notification by mycic if people are wondering. our medical results show passed.

I have four lines in her ECAS. Application received, Medicals Received, Started Processing and We sent you communication (AOR2 email). Her VO is Warsaw.

Hey guys! Im a Filipino also and I applied thru FVS Manila for my Spouse Open Work Permit last July 12 2016 and I received an email for my medicals and completed last July 15 in St Lukes BGC,they informed me that they already submitted my results last July 20. My question is it normal that they don't update regarding my medical thru text or email and may I know how will I be able to monitor or check the recent status/update of my application?hope you could help me out also and may I ask what does ECAS mean and how does it work?

Final decision: Not Started

My ECAS looks like this:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on June 22, 2016.
(Only 2 lines)

Date when file was sent to MVO: June 13, 2016. (they notified me by sending me an email)

We have given them everything...like Medicals(done March 22, 2016), Passport information, PR fees.

If I don't see any updates on the medical. I will call them end of this month(August)

ECAS:
The emailed sent to you from CIC confirming that they have received your application should have a link to the ECAS.
Go to here: cic.gc.ca. then go to right side "Check your application status"
Fill in the UCI / Application number they gave you into the ECAS. That is where they update you on the status of your application.

MyCIC:
After you sign into ECAS, there will be a link there to take you to MyCIC which also shows more detailed information related to your application.

it will be viewed in your ecas if they have received it already or in mycic if you passed or failed
