In fact, there is a greater indication of 19 June 2015, than 19 July 2015.

but basic reason for waiting for AOR is that -> confirmation that all needed docs / info are there in app. (u r in q) otherwise app. is returned.

Hi guys, I am soooo delighted to share the good news that I received my AOR via email today at around 4 pm.....yyaayyy! ;D
Application couriered from Mississauga on March 30th, received by CIC on April 1st and finally got my AOR today exactly after 15 days, however, ECAS has not been activated yet, will check and update here when it gets activated.
Anyways, it's such a relief as I was too worried about documents getting returned and with 4/6 rule coming into force sooner or later!
Good Luck to all of you and hope you guys receive yours soon too. Will now update my details on spreadsheet shortly.

I only attached what they asked for regarding proof of English language proficiency (my university diploma facsimile from Texas), and my full legal name change order.
Everything else were just the standard ID forms and receipt and photos.
Could any one tell me what is the basis that CIC sends AOR for applicants? is it date of application receiving, area and province location, single or family or anything else... :'(
in spreadsheets I found some people receive AOR after just 5 days while others do after 40 days which is in my opinion completely unfair... :-[
