Guys,

I paid RPRF upfront today, could you please let me know if that is sufficient or I have to forward the receipt to any email address with any details saying that my RPRF is paid upfront. Kindly provide the email address and the details i need to keep in the email.

Appreciate your response and help.

You should send an email with paid receipt to CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca with your application, client details quoted in your email..

No. As CEC_1304 commented, it means that you passed eligibility.

Now RPRF doesn't necessary to be after MR. If you read previous histories by users in this forum. A lot received RPFR first before MR. It really depends which department in CIC is doing their work faster, I think.

Good to know that I passed the eligibility. Any way I could check on my file other than GCMS, if the email for MR did end up with somewhere else?

Thanks for sharing info. Actually, I am thinking to pay but still my heart is not ready with me.
My heart and brain both are fighting :( so can't able to decide.

It depends on your preference really. There is no harm on both upfront and waiting for the request. Neither will delay nor speed your processing.

I got the MR email with the form IMM 1017 one hour ago. However, my wife has been pregnant for 6 months, so it may not be a good time to take a X-ray test.

Congratulation! Mine was received on April 22, no MR until now.

I'm not sure why, but the CIC asked me to finish it in 30 days.

I'm just guessing here... Maybe your application will be processed sooner than expected.

I have the same issue, I'm pregnant but they asked me and my husband to do the medical and send it to them
Within 30 days. My x-ray they said will be done when I deliver the baby but the rest of the medical has to be done now. They put the application on hold until they receive the x-ray of the wife also. But I went ahead and did my x-ray also and we submitted our medicals last month. The status now shows medical revived.

Can someone update the spread sheet for:
Username SPATEL (row# 27)
Medicals received by CIC on 24 Nov.

Thanks.

I have done the upfront RPRF payment.
