I see that prices are differnet. They go from 195 up to 300 or more? Anyone can decide price or how that works?

Guys I got RPRF today I'm not even done with medicals, my appointment is thursday... I'm confused. The email says:

RPRF

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

Looks like RRFP has come to lot of people today. I should say from last 3-4 hours. Applicants from different months are posting they received RRFP. Good news folks. Things are moving faster

Eligibility, Background & Criminality -- > Tagged pass --- > Receives MR & RPRF
Security ---> Tagged Pass ---> Receives PPR.

Now the thing is no one is certain when they start working on Security after Medical is Received .

For security, they will check if you are part of an organized crime or terrorist group. I believed they crosscheck your name from Intelligence services such as CIA, Interpol, etc...

I just received RPRF an hour ago - but I haven't got my MR yet. In the email it says I should pay the fees within 30 days, shall I wait a bit until I receive my MR or just pay it now? Please advice, thank you.
