Yup! You will have to inform them. Have you received your AOR? If you have it must have instructions on how to contact the VO. You can email them a photocopy of your new passport.

Thanks, AOR received but the it only mentioned addresses, names, relationships etc. So is it ok to scan it, and attach as image in a email? Thanks again!

I am a May 2014 applicant, expecting CC charged by end of this week.

But it looks there is some delay already in April application processing. Hope more April applicants will get AOR at-least this week. Fingers Crossed :-X :'(

I'm May applicant too, but I dont think that we can expect any AOR's before people from April.. So lets just hope that CIC will start working normal soon

Hi friends,

Demand Draft got encashed, some time late, last week. (probably last Thursday or Friday)
It's strange that Scotia Bank cant tell which exact day, it has been processed. They told me that they will get only weekly reports.
But at least, some good news, to know that things are moving forward.

(For the friends who are updating the spreadsheet, you can put my DD encashed on May 22nd or 23rd)

I called scotia bank today.You know what
They said that my bank draft has been cashed in the week betweeen 12th-16th May.They said that they cant say the exact date it was encashed.
Then i should get AOR last week only.But i didnt get the AOR.Is it fine or something serious.

Honestly, I don't know. I'm counting 32 days without AOR after reaching CIO around April 23rd, so I'm in the same boat as you. It's strange but since many people are under the same situation, I believe it's a delay due to some changes (new quote for May apps) and 2 long weekends in the middle. Just wait... we're all in the same situation.

For some reason, AOR's have been delayed to everyone in the last 2 weeks. So it's not just your's particularly.

Regarding encashing of Bank Draft, I am in the same boat with you...Did that through Scotia Bank, and they told me it was encashed last week, but cant tell me the exact date. So, do not worry about the date, good thing is it has been encashed and I am sure you will be getting your AOR soon...Good Luck to you.

Totally agree with you, Maxmoore.
