Hey Cabalen - I'm from Italy so from a visa-exempt country. So my next step will be pay the fee and then receive the CoPR? Should I still keep copy of my husband's passport just in case?Cabalen said:You question is confusing . You are saying PR photos, these are the photos required during the submission of the application which I believed you have sent already.
So I'm guessing your are asking if you can keep a photocopy of your husband passport.
First question, are from a visa-exempt country? If yes, then there is no PPR and just wait for CoPR.
If not, once you received your PPR and can't comply within the 30 days they require, reply back to CIC and explain that your husband is out of the country and will send them your passports in such and such dates. Photocopies won't do you any good for CIC will stamp your Visas there.

Pay RPRF and wait for CoPR. Check your eCAS, if it becomes Decision Made, your should receive your CoPR soon (not sure the timeline). Well, you can keep a photocopy if want, I don't see any harm there.jeca said:Hey Cabalen - I'm from Italy so from a visa-exempt country. So my next step will be pay the fee and then receive the CoPR? If passport are requested, what's the time frame CIC gives for submitting them, 30 days?
2 weeks is the current time frame for passport return. Good luck!maxmoore said:Just sent my passport
Not yet. I am hoping next week, I found these guys had recently sent their passports:maxmoore said:Nice! Did your tracker got activated? I mean, are they returning your passport? I would like to land at the end of the month if possible because my work permit will expire shortly and I didn't apply for BOWP.
That's a good strategy! 8)maxmoore said:Yes, I know. I'm still on time to request BOWP, but I will just play with fire and wait for my passport. I still have 50 days left in my work permit. Should be more than enough.

I got in process on Feb 26 (starting process on Feb 23). Are there any people here with similar timeline and waiting for PPR?
Thus, currently, the waiting time between MR and PPR seems about 4 months. :'(maxmoore said:Just sent my passport
Hi, thanks for your note. My frustration mostly is because my medical doesn't show on Ecas.EPP said:Congrats to all of you who have received the PPR email!!!
@ Anna2013
I understand your frustration! I am going thru the same thing here.
My time line is below my name, and on Ecas they have started processing my application on Feb 13. It has been almost 1 month, and got no news yet.
Hopefully by the end of this week we are going to receive the dreamed email! Positive thoughts always!
