I have the same situation... And believes many of other members have same situation.

Did you ordered GCMS notes? If not, Order it and see what is going on in your file.

If you see April sheet then people are getting their update in sequence. So we need to wait.

Hi, I am in exactly the same position. My first GCMS note indicate my file went to CA Review in November and my second GCMS notes after 2 months indicated nothing has changed even though all police clearance had been received by CIC. I rang CIC and was told the same - i.e. CA Review is underway. I just cannot imagine why it takes so long when they have had everything on hand, even the RCMP reports some months ago.

I am just wondering whether my paper files have been misplaced.

What do you mean by File at Present.???
Are you referring to Location of file...?? if yes then it at RC-6262...

I did medicals on feb 12th and i sent them scan copies of medicals. Doctor said it is uploaded. But it is not updating in ECas. How lon does it take to update in ecas.

When was it uploaded? From my understanding, CIC will still review your medicals after being uploaded. If they don't see any issue then they updated the eCAS. It may take within 1 to 2 weeks.

In my case, it took 3 days.

I dont know the exact date when doctor uploaded. She said she will upload medicals in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i callled her and she said she uploaded.

Let's say it was only uploaded last week. Give it another 2 weeks to be updated in eCAS.

I just got a mail from CPC Ottawa to submit new passport copy/valid in 30 days because my passport will be expired in November 2015.

anyone has renew passport and submitted to CIC.

Hi,
Didn't had a chance to look at April applicant updates for last 2 weeks. Just saw the sheet and happy to see so much progress.
And here is what has happened to my file recently.

1. Feb 11 - Received an email from CIC asking to submit an evidence that I intend to live outside Quebec
2. Feb 26 - Sent a letter to CIC I received from my employer that I will be transferred to our Toronto office
3. Feb 27 - ECAS status changed to In process (We started processing your application on February 27, 2015)
4. Feb 28 - Received request from CIC to submit PCC from India. I guess the one I submitted along with my application had expired.
5. Mar 03 - Mailed again original PCC from India which is still on its way to Ottawa
6. Mar 03 - Emailed soft copy of PCC to CIC

Some one please update the sheet.

OK so let's change the wording a bit.

Rejoice!!! They have touched your file. They will not be asking you for something, though coming from you, unless they have verified that themselves in your file.

Anyway, I still think they are working on your file already and with having an expiring passport, they need to ask you to renew it.
