One thing I dont understand in your Notes is.. VO said Medicals Not Started and you have ECAS 'Medical results have been received'..
Can you explain bit into this....

i am sorry i really cannot understand that is why i need help
gcms notes says last time they updated my file was november 2 2014,
after that they did not touch my file
that may be the reason
i did medical on november 6 2014

;so gcms note must be before they receive my medical in my guess

but i am really concern on officer review required

please help help

here is the whole situation.
worked in company april 2012 to 2013 november
applied cec application on april 2014 as unemployed(that may be the reason it says applicant does not hold valid statues though i have valid work permit from the previous company till december 2014 .)

unemployed in canada= statues? valid or not valid??

note: i got BOWP in the with ref of my CEC application on aug 2014 valid till aug 2015 now i am working as same position as before.
1. i did not do upfront medical it was requested by cic on 4th of november 2014

2.i had my work permit till december 2014 and before 4 months of expiry of that i got new open work permit valid till aug 2015 ( i dont know why it says applicant doesen;t have valid statues???

3. $35360 per year , $ 17 per hours 40 hours per week , but my t4 is from 2012 april to 2012 december so it less with less month ,same as t4 from 2013 jan to 2013 nov. hope this make clear

that is all i know till date

My eligibility says: recommend passed, but I'm wondering if I should send my NOA 2014 and T4 2015. What do you think? Shall I wait until CIC ask for it? Maybe, it will delay my application as it's stated in the AOR.

Neither T4s nor NOAs are a requirement. They only use these for corroboration purposes when things don't appear solid to them. I will recommend not doing anything at this stage.

As you can see you have submitted your application in April 2014, you don't require to submit NOAA and T4 for the same year. Because the NOA and T4 is not issued in the year 2014. So don't send it now. If CIC wants it, they will let you know... Also in your case your Eligibility is already recommended pass so you are okay at Eligibility level... Don't worry Maxmoore our turn will come soon.

Hello All,

I am a silent follower of this group. I am an april 2014 applicant, here is my application status.

Application received status with;
- Application was received on April 9th,2014,
- Medical received status on December first week

I have a quick question to check with; I have applied for CEC PR, it is almost 10 months now and still under process. I got an opportunity but it is a contract position and i will be getting T4A statement (NOT T4). Will this be a problem for my current CEC PR application, if I prefer to work as a contractor?

Hi dip777,

Based on your notes and explanation I can tell that the VO has overlooked your current holding status. As you were unemployed at the time of your application VO still has impression for your file as PA unemployed.
If you are currently working, send your job offer to CIC.
Because CIC clearly mentioned in the guidelines about notify any change in your work. This is the reason I think your file needs second review..
