We are in same boat. Actually, I am waiting for my GCMS note and possible will get by 30th December. Because I have applied GCMS note after my ecas said "medicals have been received" + RPRF fess paid upfront.

But no need to worry about this stage. Otherwise, you won't get medical too.

I didn't received Medical Request and my status says Application Received. Under Application Received it says Medical results have been received.
So do you think I passed Eligibility and in process of RPRF? I paid RPRF upfront and my status is still not changed. I also send RPRF paid email to CIC cost recovery address and CIC ottawa address.

Comments by Harshad Patel makes me scared that can CIC reject application after receiving Medical Results.?

- No, then did you speak with your doctor? I would suggest you to go with physician with CIC mail and asked them to provide update/status on medical status.

Just got the following note from CIC:

Dear applicant,

We have not received your completed medical results. Please contact your physician and ensure that your results were submitted to our health branch.

Application Received. If you click on "Application Received" link. It's showing below two instructions

- Your application has been received XYZ date
- Medicals have been received.

Sorry to hear about this.

Please go ahead and write letter explaining the whole situation. Before that make sure you clear out this with your employer and CRA. i mean you should have the re assesed NOA , as proof.

I called the doctor and he said they uploaded everything, but CIC says they haven't received it yet. It's been more than 4 weeks. Of course the doctor won't tell you if he didn't upload your file. The issue is quite complicated because the Doctor says something and CIC says the opposite one and I don't know even know what to do.

What you can do? Did you receive any confirmation document from Doctor that you have completed medical with your IME number.

You can directly scanned and send to CIC.

Security: Not Started
HIRV:

Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:

I read some updates that they have received our PCC, my NOA and birthcert of our new daughter.

Do I have to worry? Please advise.
I sent my application on April 17 and AOR on May 12 - sheet name is chris22

There is no note, only comment.. The comment only says DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FOR PA, AOR2013, BIRTH CERT_NEW BABY AND ORIGINAL PCC.
Nothing more.

I request GMCS notes on Nov 21st. Received today.

Guys, I just replied back to CIC attaching the receipt of both X-RAY and the general examination performed by the doctor. I don't know what else shall I do different than waiting. I asked them to suggest whether makes sense to perform another medical examination with another doctor or not.

This is so frustrating... Remember when I came here after performing my Medical Examination and I said that the place looks fishy? Well, I guess I wasn't wrong

My guess is that they are only starting your application. Those were my status before getting my MR.

I would be pissed off too if I were in your situation...I would suggest you to take the cic email print out to the doctor's office and sit beside them and ask them to upload the results again. After all, I believe, they still would have your hard copy results with them. Good luck.
