Yes, it was sent out today. Actually if I can get MR before Christmas that will be good enough for me, since I got AOR on Apr 28 and is a little behind in terms of progress...

I'd prefer they had already sent MR to me rather than the RPRF.... :

As per my understanding this is correct. I had sent it to the same address as you.

Hi VS 1987,

I dont think so they will return your application. First of all, they will send you an email to explain your self if they have any doubt. Every case is different as long as you have T4 and NOA with same amount you are good. Also do order GCMS notes so you are awre what CIC is doing? If notes says review required and if you feel you can explain the situation well , than of course be proactive and before CIC asks you , provide them detailed information.

For CIC, eligibility criteria,
1. your reference letter should states your duties clearly, your duties fall under Stated NOC code.
2. To support your reference letter they check T4 and NOA.

these three documents are main if you have these 3 docs and stating same income you are good to go...

Do you think I recently sent them PCC (received by CIC on Tuesday Nov 25,2014) that could be a cause of delay?

I thought they will send an email regarding PCC but I haven't received on so sent my PCC by myself without requested by CIC.

I m not sure why the delay occur from CIC side. The thing is if any document will required in future, still do sent right away. By doing this if nothing is pending they quickly does their work.

I had sent my PCC RCMP canada, and PCC india at the time of application. Though it was not required i choose to do that. so they don't have to ask any extra documents.

I did, but it takes a while and I have to wait another two weeks or so at least.

Btw, my ECAS shows "in process" on Oct 24.

I apply in April too, but still did not hear anything from the cic. Applied on 10th April, received on 15th April, AOR received on 15th May. But still waiting to hear any thing from them. I did not send police clearance ceritificate to them yet. I send with my application the English result. I still do not know what is going with my application.
