i do encourage everyone who has been waiting for a while since "in process" to email CIC.
at least it worked for me.
I emailed them yesterday afternoon, nicely asked if anything else was needed from my end, and concerned about my file status not moving forward and appreciated their hard work, and sure enough they emailed me PPR at 11:00 pm :D :D :D
i hope this works for you guys as well!!!!good luck !
i m hoping to send out my passport tomorrow, kinda nervous for the canada post service haha

I do have a question to whom already submit their passport.
All I am putting in the Xpresspost envelop are :1.my passport 2. a pre-paid Xpresspost envelopes 3. a copy of my PPR letter . then send it, thats it right ?
and when the letter indicated that "Quote your application number on your correspondence and send the package" , what does that mean ? Do i high light my application number on the copy of the PPR letter?

Please write it somewhere on the Expresspost envelope that you are sending to them

What I did was, I got an A4 size Xpresspost envelop in which I put the letter, my passport and a smaller envelop (a size my passport would fit in it) address back to me and sent it like that.

I messed up, I addressed both envelops from me to the the CIC. The post office guys had a sticky label to put over the address so I could write it from CIC to me.

Dont be too hard on yourself over the mistake...it happens when we are over excited. Congrats again
