Hey got a strange question, my tracker just got activacted on dec20. Well I got ppr on dec6, mailed on dec7, since that's a weekend so cic received my passport on dec 11.
But funny thing is the tracker records shows that the item is being processing in Regina! WTH? Isn't that supposed to be processing in Ottawa?! Then there is an explanation " attempted delivery. Noticed card left indicating where item can be picked up".

any news ? my timeline is close to yours, in process since sep 10th
still nothing for me yet

Congrats to all who did landing.
And i am in process since sep 19. Got my notes today had nothing changed no due date no assigned officer.
Just some weird things after work experience lc.
It is for assessment for humanitarian and compassionate grounds whoch is not applicable in my case at all.
And also an assessment for PH assessment
I dare think thats for permit holder class and also not applicable to me because under ot it says all sort of things about temporary resident permit. Which for someone who is inadmissible on certain grounds and there has not yet any situation like this in any of my old applications too. All of them were approved except for one which has nothing to do with my application pr inadmissibility. All the checks are done med crim eligibilty and security. And i am a little concerned for it. Any one has any experience of any such situations kindly share ur advice.
Thx
hey I got my new GCMS notes yesterday and I have similar notes (PH assessments)..but I think everything is fine since I got PPR.

hey guys. I just sent my passport in OTTAWA on Friday, December 20th. Hopefully in January, I could have my passport back with that most awaited stamp/visa!

I have a question with regards to "LANDING". DO I HAVE TO GO TO A CANADIAN BORDER to have it done?
I have friends who confused me with this thing. Thank you.

by the way, I am already in Canada!

Yes. You need to flagpole since you are already in Canada. You need to go to US/Canada border and tell the officer that you are there to do "landing for PR", they will guide you further.
Good luck.
btw has your passport reached ?

Yes, i sent my passport thru fedex and it was successfully delivered. Is there any chance that i won't go to the border? There's a CIC office close to where I live. Is there an option like an interview instead of me going/driving there? thanks.

i haven't heard anyone doing that so I am not sure if you could do that or if that is even an option.
I believe there is a reason to do a flagpole even though you are in Canada.

That is not totally accurate. In big city, you can make an appointment and do landing inside city. I have seen people do it in Montreal and Toronto. I know there is one in each province (saskatoon city has one?) Anyways. Dont worry about it too much. When you recieve your PP with visa, they will tell you what to do.

I hope everyone have a good hoilday, I need to update something here
I just check my cic its DM, but i did not get my ppr yet, it is good? or I need worry about it.
