Well the actual holidays are just dec25,26 and jan1. However most people will save their vacations at this timing, so your right at this point..

Hey got a strange question, my tracker just got activacted on dec20. Well I got ppr on dec6, mailed on dec7, since that's a weekend so cic received my passport on dec 11.
But funny thing is the tracker records shows that the item is being processing in Regina! WTH? Isn't that supposed to be processing in Ottawa?! Then there is an explanation " attempted delivery. Noticed card left indicating where item can be picked up".

I am new to this thread, I am applicant from outside canada. I received my AOR on 6 Nov 2013 and on same date and time i received my Medical Form. Does it means i have to go for medical exam ? Btw i have not heard anything or AOR from my VO. Does anyone else faced the same issue ?

Hello,
It is not the issue with anything just go for your med. Now a days nova scotia send a med and aor together before transfering file to ottawa or any other vo. So enjoy and stay fit for your med.

Done my landing today at the north portal border office in SK lol it only took 20 mins to finish, my Canadian friend took me down there.
I sent my passport on dec7, they received on dec11, and I got it back on dec21, speed of lighting I'd say lol so for the rest of applicant, don't worry you will get good news in no time!
