Contact CPP-Ottawa..Cic won't help at all...

the location under my paper file history says" registry" , i dunno what that means.so how much longer before PPR :'(

Usually it takes a month to transfer your file to Ottawa from CIO (from the date its been 'in process') so I believe it got transfered and registered in Ottawa around 10th oct.

This means it's still at shelf and nobody has taken a look at it..

That is the mystry. Its up to the officer I suppose, who does the final review.

my last notes were done Nov 13th, and i got them yesterday via email.

when should i apply for my next one ?

I'm gonna apply for mine int he new year..because I know they won't issue PPRs in December due to Christmas Holiday Season.....

You can apply today or right now. You may come to know if any officer is assigned yet or not..

I am very happy to let you know, I received in November 20 my copr and proceeded to the border, so we landed the same day and now are insanely happy about our new PR status in Canada!

Congrats!! Which is your visa officce? CPP-Ottawa? When did u get the PPR?
