I got my GCMS note today, at least this is on time! lol it got 34 pages holy cow!...
well at least it told me that CIC has actually received my RPRF.
App status Reason: In progress
Category: PV2
Eligibility: pass
Criminality: pass
Medical: Pass
Security and HIRV are both blank, whats HIRV?
and my paper file is in office of CPP Ottawa, Location: Registry.
Now I noticed that Application assignment is all blank, such as "Assigned to"."Assigned by" and "Due date" are all blank, and from the experience that I've learn from this forum is if there is a due date, that means you will get a PPR around that date or something... and the date of my file to be in registry was Sep17, 2013.
Anyone has any idea how much longer is gonna take after the date of registry?

I think I'll order a second GCMS note on Nov 20 if I haven't received PPR because it'd be exactly 3 months because my application has been processing since aug20, 2013. so we will see

Yours is exactly the same as mine. Security blank is due to confidential agreement. They cant disclose it. If u pay attention, on any page that has security, there will be s26 on the top right hand side.

Hirv only used when u r dangerous. So dont worry about it.

What did they have on the note for your egligibility? They had a 5 lines paragraph note on that part for me. It basically said that they are convinced with my file and everything is good.

I applied for GCMS notes very recently (5 days ago), so have to wait and see (i am not panicking though) !!

Just have a question here, I order my GCSM notes on Oct 3, now today is Nov 3, haven't heard anything yet, should I expect to receive that tomr? If not, where I should be emailing the GCSM system?

You can't really predict, as it will depend on the number of emails to be send out and the time between two emails sent. They have to pace it out so that other servers don't consider it as spam.

I am in process 25th july, 2013. didn't get my ppr yet and didn't receive my GCMS either. :-(

I have applied GCMS notes once again today. S.gupta last time when i applied I had selected the mode through which they would send the information was through email and the access was for physical files. this time i did for electronic one.

I guess that's where the confusion lies...they may be waiting for your physical files (which may be with some immigration officer) so that they can prepare your notes. Dnt worry have patience..we both will get our PPR soon

Lol...now do u understand why aren't u getting it coz they don't have ur file number to process ur GCMS notes..I guess this is some glitch in their system when u select physical + email.

Hey great catch! My number on the security page is "s.21", any idea what that means?? And my notes of eligibility was good, got 7 lines here lol says my information is consistent with the accompanying documentation lol, criminality and mere passed, no additional docs required at this time.
I guess I don't need to submit my finger printed base criminal check now haha.
Anyone has any idea what kind of security check they are doing on us? Like call our original country? I don't think so... Or cross match our parents' names or something? Any thoughts are welcome lol we can make fun of cic to ease the intention of endless waiting..
