I had applied 18th sept. still no response.

i had applied GCMS notes on 18th Sept. didn't get any response yet. Is it normal? any idea how long they gonna take. Already emailed them once about GCMS and they said still being processed.

Hey! Thanks for posting this I think I should do something now. And what's the email address that you sent other than the recovery email?? I honestly hope they actually receive my RPRF...

1. Surname (last name)–

2. Given name(s) (first name)–

3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD) -

4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number -

5. Application number ( F#, EP#, E#, B#)-

6. Type of application -

Even i didn't get any response after RPRF except the automated response but my RPRF is being encashed as i paid from my master card. My question is do I expect any email from them as acknowlegment that RPRF is received? I am in canada applicant and I have hired representative for my PR application.

I wonder why aren't u getting it...I just sent an email asking for my GCMS notes which are due on 7th Nov and I got instant reply...

I had applied for physical permanent residency file records. does that make any difference? because i had sent an email on 25th OCT that my notes were due on 18th Oct and when can i expect and they replied me that still being processed. I got reply on 25th Oct. but no response yet.

you can asked for paper ones, that's why you are receiving it late. If your notes were due on 18 oct, add 14 days as courier time.

it's delayed because you asked for the physical ones.....it will take some time to reach at your address.
