ARIF YOU SHOULD TRY YOUR CARRER IN IMMIGRATION LOL YOUR ARE AWESOME BRO SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY JUST WOKE UP AND I AM REALLY BAD IN DOING RESEARCH THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE ARIF NOT TWO CAN U PLEASE HELP ME WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I USE TO SEND THE PASSPORT PLEASE AND THANK YOU :)

Terry, thank you for sharing your file location. trust me, I really don't know about sending the passport to which address but Canada post will definitely helps you out. As I mentioned before, courier address is used when you are sending through DHL/ Fedex because it requires someone to sign. Whereas, Canada post address is used by Canada post. May be I am wrong but read this forum, may be this helps you out; http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-long-does-it-take-cppo-to-stamp-pr-visas-t134889.0.html

@ arif.jabbar: next speculation please..I need moral support.......

I think some of us may be lucky even today.. let's wait till evening. Atleast CIC is working which is great news.

@ terry

It would be a great help to all of us if you can share the subject line along with some words from your PPR email so everyone can put in their search bar of their emails. As I have seen emails going to spam folder. Even in gmail, it goes to social and promotion tab.

Thank you terry and Enjoy your accomplishment.

Terry do you have DM yet? Our timelines are very similar! My file went to PV2 on September 19, so I should hear something soon as well but I'm from a visa except country so I think I won't get a PPR.

I am so so so sorry to hear your news. It is possible that they forgot your file like they did with me. The medical office they are talking about is a department that takes care of medical result which is sent by your doctor. This special office is in Ottawa, I believe.

So.... after your doctor send your medical result to immigrant. It goes to medical office, where an certified officer decide whether your medical result is good or not. If it is not good, you will be sent an email to ask you to redo your medical. If it is good, you will get it marked as passed. Then it will say on your ECAS that they have received your medical result (only if it is passed).

I am not sure if you can do anything to have your file back in queue. But for sure, they will have to do something about it. Note, this check will take up to 3-4 weeks for them to get back to you (It took them almost 1 month to answer me).

Good luck and wish you all the best.
