Hello "vishnuhari" - send an e-mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca - it worked for me - also be prepared not to expect a reply before 20 days

hey saisivaram i heard your applicatiion was returned once.......sorry to hear that........wat was the reason behind it......and how long would it took for them to return back your file......the reason behind am asking is i did my application by myself am not too much confident by myself ...its almost 50 days am waiting for AOR

Hello "vishnuhari" - my application was returned becuase i forgot adding my wife's birth certificate - i havent realized that until my application was returned - recently (21st May 2013) i re-submitted the application after attaching the missing document. As per my understanding, 'in general', if there is some thing wrong with your application you will hear from CIO pretty quickly - i got a response within two weeks from date of receipt of my application - in otherwords, if you havent heard from them before 5-6 weeks (the normal processing time to receive AOR, as per current trend) you may 'assume' that there is nothing wrong with your application and the delay is due to slow processing at CIO's end or the traffic is increased !!

I hope that gives you some relief !!!
